Blessed are those who trust in the Lord and have made the Lord their hope and confidence. They are like trees planted along a riverbank, with roots that reach deep into the water. Today's workout is REST AND STRETCH :D Just finished stretching, now going to rest. I've been staying up way too late and desperately need a good night's sleep. Good night, friends!
